All conference sessions will be held at Hotel Realm, Canberra, Australia.
The Conference Welcome Reception will be held in the National Ballroom Foyer at Hotel Realm.
The Conference Networking Function will be held at Pialligo Estate.

Morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas are included in the full registration fee. The Welcome Reception and Networking Function are included with the full registration type only.
Additional tickets to the Welcome Reception and Networking Function are available for purchase.
During the conference days, smart casual attire is preferred. Smart casual attire is also recommended for the Welcome Reception and Networking Function.
The average temperature is low to mid 20c with sunny days and cooler nights.
Yes, extra tickets to both the Welcome Reception and the Networking Function can be purchased up until Wednesday 16 November 2016.
Additional Welcome Reception tickets can be purchased for $70 per ticket and additional Networking Function tickets can be purchased for $140.

Your name badge is your entry to the Pathways13 Conference sessions and trade exhibition. If you misplace your name badge, please see the Consec staff at the registration desk for a replacement.
All internal areas of the Hotel Realm are non-smoking areas.
We endeavour to ensure delegates attending the Pathways13 Conference with specific needs are catered for.

Delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to persons or property, including baggage during the Pathways13 Conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
A goods and services tax of 10% is levied on most purchases in Australia and is included in the purchase price of the goods or services. You may be eligible for a refund of the GST on goods purchased in Australia. For more information visit www.customs.gov.au
Hotel Realm offers free parking for visitors utilising any of the hotel facilities after 4.30pm Monday to Friday and all weekend.
Over 300 casual basement car spaces are available.

Access to the car park is via Burbury Close directly off either Bourke Street or Sydney Avenue.
